NCP Model for Social Media
This presentation was a national webinar presented in conjunction with the Social Media Academy and Black Diamond Consultants. This presentation was #2 in the series and covered the NCP Model of network, contribution and participation that follows the Social Media Academy philosophy. This version used some newer technology with Screencast to capture both the slides and the recorded presentation without trying to sync the two later. I actually enjoyed the process and found it easy to work with.
